Product Overview
The Vishay D series are class 2, radial leaded, ceramic single layer DC disc capacitors with Y5P dielectric material. The capacitance value ranges from 100pF to 10000pF. Typical application includes temperature compensation, bypassing, coupling and decoupling.

- Rated voltage of 50VDC, 100VDC and 500VDC
- Available in selective tolerance values
- Operating temperature range -30°C to 125°C
