Product Overview
The TNPV e3 series from Vishay are high voltage thin film flat chip resistors. TNPV e3 precision thin film flat chip resistors are the perfect choice for most fields of modern electronics where highest reliability and stability at high operating voltages are of major concern. The TNPV e3 series has excellent overall stability at different environmental conditions ≤ 0.05% (1000h rated power at 70°C). Rated dissipation is P70°C 0.25W (TNPV1206 e3), 0.33W (TNPV1210 e3). Typical applications include industrial and automotive inverters, voltage measurement systems as implemented in battery management systems, test and measuring equipment.
- Available in 1206 and 1210 imperial sizes
- Resistance range from 160Kohm to 2Mohm (TNPV1206 e3) and 121kohm to 3.01Mohm ( TNPV1210 e3)
- ±1%, ±0.5%, ±0.1% resistance tolerance values, sulphur resistance verified according to ASTM B 809
- ±50ppm/K, ±25ppm/K, ±15ppm/K, ±10ppm/K temperature coefficient values
- Rated dissipation of 0.25W (TNPV1206 e3) and 0.33W (TNPV1210 e3)
- Maximum operating voltage (ACRMS or DC) is 700V (TNPV1206 e3) and 1000V (TNPV1206 e3)
- Low voltage coefficient is less than 1ppm/V
- Superior moisture resistivity (85°C, 85% RH)
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C (155°C)
