Product Overview
TC7W240FU,LF(T is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high speed C²MOS dual bus buffer with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the C²MOS low power dissipation. It is an inverting 3-state buffer having two active-low output enables. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
- Wide operating voltage range from 2V to 6V
- Balanced propagation delays: tpLH ∼− tpHL
- Symmetrical output impedance: IOH = IOL = 6mA (min)
- Output drive capability: 15 LSTTL loads
- High noise immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (min)
- Low power dissipation ICC is 2µA (max) at Ta = 25°C
- Propagation delay time is 10ns typ at (6V VCC, CL =50pF, input tr = tf = 6ns, Ta = 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typical at (input tr = tf = 6ns, Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 2µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 8-lead SSOP package
