Product Overview
LM324ADT is a low-power quad operational amplifier. This circuit consist of four independent, high gain operational amplifier with frequency compensation implemented internally. It operates from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible and the low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.
- Input common mode voltage range includes ground
- Single supply voltage range from +3V to +30V, dual supply voltage range from ±1.5V to ±15V
- Gain bandwidth product is 1.3MHz typ at (VCC = 30V, f =100KHz, Vin = 10mV, RL = 2Kohm, CL = 100pF)
- Large signal voltage gain is 100V/mV typ at (Tamb = +25°C)
- Input bias current is 20nA typ at (Tamb = +25°C)
- Input offset voltage is 2mV typ at (Tamb = +25°C)
- Supply current is 0.7mA typ at (VCC = +5V)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 80dB typ at (Tamb = +25°C)
- Slew rate is 0.4V/µs typ at (VCC = 15V, Vi = 0.5 to 3V, RL = 2Kohm, CL = 100pF)
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, SO14 package
