Product Overview
H3LIS100DLTR is a H3LIS100DL MEMS motion sensor. It is a low-power high-g 3-axis digital accelerometer that belongs to the “nano” family, with digital I²C/SPI serial interface standard output. The device features ultra-low-power operational modes that allow advanced power saving and smart sleep-to-wakeup functions. This has a full scale of ±100g and is capable of measuring accelerations with output data rates from 0.5Hz to 400Hz. Applications include shock detection, impact recognition and logging.

- Low-voltage compatible IOs, 1.8V
- Ultra-low power consumption down to 10μA in low-power mode
- I²C/SPI digital output interface, 8-bit data output
- Sleep-to-wakeup function, 10000g high shock survivability
- I/O pins supply voltage is 1.71V minimum at Vdd = 2.5V, T = 25°C
- Current consumption in low power mode is 10μA typ (at Vdd = 2.5V, T = 25°C)
- Output data rate in normal mode is 100Hz typ (DR bit set to 01, at Vdd = 2.5V, T = 25°C)
- Turn-on time is 1/ODR+1ms typ (at Vdd = 2.5V, T = 25°C)
- TFLGA package, temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
