Product Overview
Qspeed™ family 300V, 30A Q-series diode has the lowest QRR of any 300V silicon diode. Its recovery characteristics increase efficiency, reduce EMI and eliminate snubbers. Typical applications include AC/DC and DC/DC output rectification, output and freewheeling diodes, motor drive circuit and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) inverters.
