Product Overview
The NCP137AFCTCADJT2G from On Semiconductor is a CMOS linear voltage regulator (LDO) in 6 pin WLCSP package. This LDO is a 700mA LDO equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). The device provides very stable, accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications the NCP137 features low IQ consumption. It features adjustable voltage version and 40mV typical dropout at the full 700mA load. It is used in battery powered equipment, smartphones, tablets, cameras, DVRs, STB and camcorders.
- Input voltage range from 540mV to 5.5V, bias voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V
- Adjustable output voltage range from 500mV to 3V
- Ultra low dropout typical of 40mV at 700mA
- Very low bias input current of typical 35µA
- ±1% accuracy over temperature, 0.5% VOUT at 25°C
- Operating Temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 0.5µA typical very low bias input current in disable mode
- Logic level enable input for ON/OFF control
- Stable with a 4.7µF ceramic capacitor
- Output active discharge option available, back side coating
