Product Overview
74AHCT125PW-Q100,1 is a quad buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs controlled by the output enable inputs (n active-low OE). A HIGH on n active-low OE causes the outputs to assume a high impedance OFF-state. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of this device as translator in mixed voltage environments. This product has been qualified to the automotive electronics council (AEC) standard Q100\ (Grade 1) and is suitable for use in automotive applications. It features ESD protection (HBM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 class 2 exceeds 2000V, CDM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002 class C3 exceeds 1000V).
- Wide supply voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V
- Overvoltage tolerant inputs to 5.5V, high noise immunity
- CMOS low power dissipation, balanced propagation delays
- All inputs have a Schmitt-trigger action, TTL input level
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level A
- Input leakage current is 0.1μA maximum at (VI=5.5V or GND;VCC = 0V to 5.5V, 25°C)
- Supply current is 2μA maximum at (VI=VCC or GND;IO = 0A;VCC = 5.5V, 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 3pF typical at (25°C)
- Propagation delay is 3ns typical at (CL = 15pF, 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, TSSOP14 package
