Product Overview
PS0022A is an isolated probe tip. Galvanically isolated voltage probe separates the device under test (DUT) from the oscilloscope and earth ground, enabling safer and more accurate measurements. This isolation effectively rejects common-mode signals, minimizes noise interference, and eliminates ground loops in high-voltage environments.
- Maximum 1GHz bandwidth
- Maximum measurable differential signal (V + V DC - Voffset) of ±10V
- Maximum non-destructive differential voltage (V + V DC) of ±500V
- Maximum offset (V) of ±250V
- Maximum common-mode voltage range of ±60,000V
- Common mode rejection ratio is greater than 180dB at DC
- 0.100" pitch, 0.025" square pin socket connector
