BGA824N6E6327XTSA1 is a silicon germanium, low-noise amplifier. It is ideal for all global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) like GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo and others.
- Qualified for industrial applications according to the relevant tests of JEDEC47/20/22
- Digital on/off switch, RF output internally matched to 50 ohm
- Low external component count, 2kV HBM ESD protection (including AI-pin)
- Operating frequency range from 1164 to 1615MHz
- Supply voltage from 1.5 to 3.6V (TA=25°C, VCC=1.8V, VPON, ON=1.8V, VPON, OFF=0V, f=1550-1615MHz)
- Supply current is 3.8mA at ON-mode, TA=25°C, VCC=1.8V, VPON, ON=1.8V, VPON, OFF=0V, f=1550-1615MHz
- Insertion power gain is 17dB typ at TA=25°C, VCC=1.8V, VPON, ON=1.8V, VPON, OFF=0V, f=1575MHz
