The BAR 88-02V H6327 is a Silicon PIN Diode with single configuration and optimized for low current antenna switches in handheld applications.
- Very low forward resistance (1.5Ω at IF = 1mA)
- Low capacitance at zero volt reverse bias at frequencies above 1GHz (0.28pF)
- Very low signal distortion
- -55 to 125°C Operating temperature range
