The MC75i module offers high-speed data rates for world-wide GSM networks based on EDGE standards. Providing 236kbps in both up and down link, the MC75i opens the path to application with high-volume data transfers. optimised for the usage in industrial computing application, the MC75i offers a Radio Interface Layer (RIL) driver for Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 based devices. EDGE, short for Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution, is the fastest transmission standard in GSM networks. The MC75i lets you apply this technology wherever you wish to transmit certain data. Along side this core technology, the MC75i comes with a TCP/IP stack, serial and USB ports and a RIL driver for Microsoft Windows Mobile based devices.
