Product Overview
ADR3525 is a low cost, low power, high precision CMOS voltage reference. For high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature coefficient are trimmed digitally during final assembly using the Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary DigiTrim® technology. The low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift improve lifetime system accuracy. It is widely used in application such as automotive battery monitors, portable instrumentation, process transmitters, remote sensors, medical instrumentation etc.
- Temperature coefficient is 2.5ppm/°C typ
- Low long-term drift (LTD) is 30ppm (initial 1khr typical)
- Initial output voltage error is ±0.1% (maximum)
- Output current is +10mA source/−3mA sink
- Low quiescent current is 100μA maximum
- Low dropout voltage is 250mV at 2mA
- Output voltage noise is 18μV p-p at (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- Output voltage is 2.5V
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C, qualified for automotive application
- Packaging style is 8-lead MSOP
