Product Overview
ADPA1113AEJZ is a gallium nitride (GaN), broadband power amplifier. No external matching or AC coupling is required to achieve full-band operation. Additionally, no external inductor is required to bias the amplifier. The ADPA1113 is ideal for continuous wave applications, such as military jammers and radars. It is used in applications such as military jammers, commercial and military radars, test and measurement equipment.
- Internally matched and AC-coupled, 40W, GaN power amplifier
- Integrated drain bias inductor, frequency range from 2.0 to 2.3GHz
- Small signal gain is 39dB typical at (TCASE = 25°C)
- Gain flatness is ±1.2dB typical at (TCASE = 25°C)
- Output power is 46.5dBm typical at (TCASE = 25°C)
- Power gain is 25.5dB typical at (2.0GHz to 5.7GHz, TCASE = 25°C)
- Input return loss is 18dB typical at (TCASE = 25°C)
- Output return loss is 7dB typical at (TCASE = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
