Product Overview
ADMV8502ACCZ-R7 is a RF band-pass filter that features a digitally selectable frequency of operation. The filter centre frequency (fCENTER) can be adjusted from 90MHz to 225MHz, using an 8-bit value (256 states) that incorporates a patented calibration technique. The typical 3dB bandwidth is 9% and adjustability is ±2%. Insertion loss is typically 3.5dB, and the 20dB rejection is 17% away from fCENTER, which is ideally suited for minimizing system interferers. This tunable filter can be used as a smaller alternative to large switched filter banks and discrete component-based tunable filters, and the ADMV8502 provides a dynamically adjustable solution in advanced communications applications. It is used in applications such as land mobile radios, test and measurement equipment, military radars and electronic warfare and electronic countermeasures, satellite communications, industrial and medical equipment.
