Product Overview
ADGM1004 is a 0Hz/DC to 13GHz, 2.5KV HBM ESD, SP4T, MEMS switch with integrated driver. It is a wideband, single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch fabricated using Analog Devices, Inc., microelectromechanical system (MEMS) switch technology. This technology enables a small form factor, wide RF bandwidth, highly linear, low insertion loss switch that is operational from 0Hz/dc to 13GHz, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of RF and precision equipment switching needs. An integrated driver chip generates a high voltage to electrostatically actuate switch that can be controlled by a parallel interface and a serial peripheral interface (SPI). All four switches are independently controllable. Application includes relay replacements, automatic test equipment (ATE): RF, digital, and mixed signals, load and probe boards: RF, digital, and mixed signals, RF test instrumentation, reconfigurable filters and attenuators, high performance RF switching.

- Maximum on resistance is 2.9ohm (drain source current (IDS) = 50mA, 0V input bias)
- 10.8GHz typical -3dB bandwidth (RF1, RF4, TA = 25°C, RF1 to RFC and RF4 to RFC channels)

- 0.45dB typical insertion loss (at 2.5GHz, RFC to RFx, TA = 25°C)
- 24dB typical isolation (at 2.5GHz, RFx to RFC (all channels off))
- 67dBm typ third-order intermodulation intercept (Input: 900MHz and 901MHz, input power =27dBm)
- Actuation lifetime 1 billion cycles (minimum), hermetically sealed switch contacts
- Integrated driver removes the need for an external driver
- 24 lead LFCSP package, operating temperature range rom 0°C to +85°C
