R&S HM7042-5

The HM7042-5 from Rohde & Schwarz is a triple power supply. It features separate voltage and current displays for each output: 4 digits at channel I + III, 3 digits at channel II. It has outputs of 2 x 0 to 32V and 0 to 5.5V: ON/OFF pushbutton control, SMPS followed by a linear regulator, floating outputs for parallel/serial operation, adjustable current limit and electronic fuse. The triple power supply's range: 2 x 0-32V, continuously adjustable 2 knobs (coarse/fine) at channel I + III (32V) and 0-5.5V, continuously adjustable (knobs) at channel II (5.5V). Device operate at mains supply of 115V/230V ±10% (50/60Hz) and mains fuse: 115V: 2 x 5A slow blow 5 x 20mm, 230V: 2 x 2.5A slow blow 5 x 20mm.

• Ripple: ≤ 100μVRMS (3Hz-300KHz) at Ch I + III (32V) and ≤ 100μVRMS (3Hz-300KHz) at Ch II (5.5V)
• Display 7-segment LED: 32V/2A (4 digit) at Ch I + III (32V), 5.5V/5A (3 digit) at Ch II (5.5V)
• Display resolution: 0.01V/1mA at Ch I + III (32V), 0.01V/10mA at ch II (5.5V)
• Max voltage applicable to output terminals (ON/OFF): 33V (Ch I + Ch III) and 6V (Ch II)
• 0.4V max reverse voltage, 5A max reverse current and 150V max voltage to earth
• Pushbutton for activating/deactivating all outputs
• Low residual ripple, high output power, very good regulation, temperature-controlled fan
• Safety class I (EN61010-1), max 330VA/250W power consumption
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to +40°C
• Dimension: 285mm x 75mm x 389mm (W x H x D) and weight: 7.4Kg
