MP015500 Epoxy Resin, Black, 500g and MP015501 Epoxy Resin, Black, 1000g are two-part, general-purpose epoxy resins designed for potting and encapsulation applications. They provide a smooth, glossy finish with medium viscosity and excellent electrical insulation properties. The resin base and hardener are supplied in pre-weighed, separate containers to ensure accurate mixing, making them suitable for larger applications. The formulation meets UL94-V0 flame retardancy standards, contains no SCHCs, and serves as a reliable electrical insulator. For best results, the materials should be stored in unopened containers under cool, dry conditions between 10–25 °C. Shelf life is 18 months. Once opened, containers should be re-sealed to maintain product quality.
