GS1K/M6 is a standard recovery rectifier diode for surface mounted applications. The plastic package carries Underwriters Laboratory flammability classification 94V-0.
- Low reverse leakage
- Built-in strain relief, ideal for automated placement
- High forward surge current capability
- High temperature soldering guaranteed: 260°C/10 seconds at terminals
- Glass passivated chip junction
- 800V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage, 560V maximum RMS voltage
- 800V maximum DC blocking voltage
- 1A maximum average forward rectified current at TL=100°C
- 1.1V maximum instantaneous forward voltage, 2.5µs maximum reverse recovery time at Tj = 25°C
- Operating junction temperature range from -55 to +150°C
