Product Overview
HMC431LP4E is a GaAs InGaP heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) MMIC VCOs with integrated resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes, and buffer amplifiers. The VCO’s phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock, vibration and process due to the oscillator’s monolithic structure. Power output is 2dBm typical from a 3V supply voltage. It is widely used in applications such as 802.11a & HiperLAN WLAN, VSAT radios, UNII & point-to-point radios etc.
- Phase noise is -102dBc/Hz typical at (100KHz)
- No external resonator needed
- Frequency range is 5.5GHz to 6.1GHz
- Tune voltage is 10V maximum at (TA = +25°C, Vcc = +3V)
- Output return loss is 6dB typical at (TA = +25°C, Vcc = +3V)
- 2nd harmonics is 15dBc typical at (TA = +25°C, Vcc = +3V)
