Product Overview

The HHV series from Yageo (Phycomp) are high voltage and high ohmic type resistors. These resistors are made of metal glaze film with tinned connecting leads of electrolytic copper welded to the end of caps. The resistors are coated with layers of pink colour lacquer. The insulation resistance is greater than 10,000Mohm IEC 60115-1 4.6 in V-block for 60sec.
  • Resistance range from 100Kohm to 68Mohm for E24 and E96 series value
  • ±1, ±5% resistance tolerances, ±200ppm/°C temperature coefficient
  • 1/4W, 1/2W, 1W, 2W, 3W power rating options
  • Available in normal and also in miniature styles
  • 1600V, 3500V, 5000V, 7000V maximum working voltage (DC)
  • 300V, 500V and 700V voltage proof on insulation, operating temperature range from -55°C to +155°C
  • 3000V, 7000V, 10000V, 14000V maximum overload voltage (DC)
  • Flameproof multi-layer coating meets UL-94V-0
  • Flameproof feature meets overload test UL-1412
  • High voltage resistor
