Product Overview

The TS5A4594DCKR is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) single-channel Analog Switch that is designed to operate from 2 to 5.5V. This device can handle both digital and analog signals and signals up to V+ can be transmitted in either direction.

  • Low charge injection
  • Low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)
  • TTL/CMOS Compatible
  • Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA Per JESD 78, Class II
