Product Overview

The CD74HCT4067M is a CMOS logic high-speed 16-channel Analogue Multiplexer/Demultiplexer with TTL inputs. This device is designed to achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL, with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. This analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer control analogue voltages that may vary across the voltage supply range. This is a bidirectional switch thus allowing any analogue input to be used as an output and vice-versa. The switch has low "on" resistance and low "off" leakages. In addition, this multiplexer/demultiplexer has an enable control which when high will disable all switches to their "off" state.
