Product Overview

The CD74HC132E is a high speed quad 2-input Schmitt-triggered NAND Gate. This logic device utilizes silicon gate CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL gates with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. The device have the ability to drive 10 LSTTL loads.

  • Exceptionally high noise immunity
  • 10ns Typical propagation delay
  • Balanced propagation delay and transition times
  • Significant power reduction compared to LSTTL logic ICs
  • High noise immunity - NIL = 37%, NIH = 51%
