Product Overview

The CD4023BM is a CMOS Triple 3-input NAND Gate. The device provide the system designer with direct implementation of the NAND function and supplement the existing family of CMOS gates. All inputs and outputs are buffered.
  • 60ns Propagation delay time
  • Standardized symmetrical output characteristics
  • 1µA at 18V Maximum input current
  • 100% Tested for quiescent current at 20V
  • 5V, 10V and 15V Parametric ratings
  • 2.5V at VDD = 15V Noise margin
  • Meets all requirements of JEDEC tentative standard No. 13B
  • Green product and no Sb/Br
