Product Overview

The CD4001UBE is a CMOS quad 2-input NOR Gate. The device provides the system designer with direct implementation of the NOR function and supplements the existing family of CMOS gates. The device features standardized symmetrical output characteristics.
  • 30ns Propagation delay time
  • 100% Tested for maximum quiescent current at 20V
  • Meets all requirements of JEDEC tentative standard No. 13B
  • Maximum input current of 1µA at 18V
  • 5V, 10V and 15V Parametric ratings
