Product Overview

The TS321ILT is a low-power bipolar single Operational Amplifier with an input common-mode range (Vicm) that includes ground and therefore can be employed in single supply applications.
  • Stable with high capacitive loads
  • 500µA Low supply current
  • 20nA Low input bias current
  • 4mV Maximum low input offset voltage
  • 0 to 3.5V (VCC=5V) Minimum large output voltage swing
