Product Overview

The DEB series from Murata are radial Class 2 high voltage ceramic capacitors. These capacitors are available in small size and high capacitance values ranging from 100pF to 10000pF. Capacitors available in 5mm, 7.5mm and 10mm lead space and ideally used in decoupling circuits.
  • Rated DC voltage of 500V to 6.3KV
  • Operating temperature range from -25°C to +85°C, +20 to +85°C and +85 to +125°C
  • ±0.25pF, ±0.5pF%, ±5%, ±10% and -20% to +80%tolerance
  • Compliant to UL94V-0 standard
  • Coated with flame retardant epoxy resin
  • Available in selective Temperature coefficient ranges
