How to Return a Product
Policies and process for returning a product
Please follow the steps below to return items from your order:
- Before requesting a return, please review the return policy under the terms of purchase.
- If the product you purchased is a returnable item, fill out the form below to request a return materials authorisation (RMA) number.
- Please put the RMA number on the outside of the parcel for the return. Items without an RMA will not be accepted.
Deal with Product Damage
Our merchandise is carefully packed for despatch by our distribution centres, or is pre-packaged by our suppliers in compliance with carrier requirements. However we realise that delivery damage may occur in spite of these precautions.
Please check all shipments when they are delivered for shortages or external signs of damage. If you find a problem, notify the driver immediately and contact our support team on 1800 936 198 or email email@example.com
Returning a Product
Any Goods returned after 21 days as ‘unwanted’ or ‘incorrectly ordered’ may be accepted at the discretion of the Company but will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the Goods or €15, whichever is the greater.
As our online order processing is very efficient it may not be possible to amend your order before it is despatched, however by contacting us as soon as possible it gives us more chance of amending the order before despatch.
