Product Overview

The ACPL-W456-000E is a 1-channel 6-pin surface-mount gate drive Interface Optocoupler contains a GaAsP LED optically coupled to an integrated high gain photodetector. Minimized propagation delay difference between devices make this optocoupler excellent solutions for improving inverter efficiency through reduced switching dead time. Specifications and performance plots are given for typical IPM application.
